Day 28- What a difference a day can make…

Our AC had broken in the RV– which was fine for being in the Pacific Northwest, but the temperature in Redding CA was 106 degrees and by 10PM on Sunday night the temperature had dropped to 88 degrees. Needless to say it was a hot night. So when we woke up in Redding– Brad and Max watched a few youtube videos and then installed a brand new air conditioner for the RV!
We got on the road and stopped at a beautiful road side market where we found honey in the comb, beautiful tomatoes, and melons.
We drove to Petaluma, which is absolutely beautiful and got to the nicest KOA. Dakota and Brad assembled the grill and cooked cheeseburgers outside.

We all agreed that we had finally “arrived”‘ into the picture of what an RV trip was going to be. The weather in Petaluma is 70s during the day and 50s at night. We were able to have dinner outside with no bugs! Pure heaven.
We had S’mores by the fire and really enjoyed all the outdoor living space.
