Baby rhino and king of the pride

The kids woke up early and went on a 6:30 safari and saw elephants and baboons.

Then we all met up for a horse ride through the reserve.
Sydney
Wendy
Jack
Dakota
Max riding off the beaten track into the depths of the reserve.
We enjoyed the ride. It was great to get a closer look at the animals.

We went back to the lodge. Brad tutored Jack in Algebra and Dakota got to play some tennis.

At 3:30 we all met up for a jeep safari. First we saw baboons.
Then we saw a three month old baby rhino.
He was so cute standing up on a termite hill.
Then we got up close to a lion and his pride.
Incredible.
Another beautiful African night.
We headed back to the lodge to have dinner and then we got ready for bed.
