Leaving Rio, on to Paris
On her last day in Rio we mostly stayed at the hotel and tried to relax and enjoy the beautiful hotel and weather. It was about 70° and sunny.
We started the day by having the breakfast buffet.

Then Dakota and Brad went out on the adventure to find tennis courts. We found very nice tennis courts, with orange clay. It was a super fun game of tennis.
We then went back to the hotel to meet Leo, who is one of the Church planners that Good News works with. We have helped him start about a dozen churches in Brazil. It’s such a nice guy. He came to our hotel and have coffee with us.

We left the hotel at around 5 PM and went to the airport. I got one more drive on the crazy Brazilian highway. When I turn the rental car in and they told me that everything was fine, I felt a huge sigh of relief.

They are now on our Air France flight to Paris. It is a nonstop flight for 11 hours. We are lucky enough to get to be in first class.
