Ever wonder why Toblerone is shaped like little mountains and has a mountain on the box? It’s the Matterhorn which is in Zermatt!We slept in late as we were exhausted from travel. Max went into town and bought groceries to make us all breakfast which we enjoyed out on the balcony of our condo. The weather is amazing!We started the day walking through the village. It is absolutely delightful. Jack pauses to sit on a sheepskin. So many great restaurants and shops. We took a gondola ride to the very top. The views were incredible. Tons of snow!After the gondola ride we did a very intense ropes course where we eventually had to evacuate because the river underneath was rising too quickly. We had dinner at one of the marvelous outdoor restaurants and headed back to our condo to get ready for bed. Sydney climbing through the ropes course.
